Maintenance Provided Living Includes:

Single Family HOA Fees

Initiation Fee: $500 (once)

Quarterly: $900 (or $300 Monthly)
Upon completion of the pool & fitness center dues will increase to $1,125 (0r $375 Monthly)

Improvement Assessment: Annually $1,500 for 15 years.
The Improvement Assessment will be billed on the 1st January after your new homes has a TCO or CO.
